CS Hon. Askul Unveils New ICU, HDU, and Theatre Block at Malindi Sub-county Referral Hospital
The CS MEAC, ASALs & RD Hon. Beatrice Askul Moe, officially handed over the newly constructed ultra-modern Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Malindi Sub-County Referral Hospital to the Kilifi County Government, represented by Deputy Governor Ms. Florence Mbetsa Chibule.
During the ceremony, the Deputy Governor commended CDA for successfully implementing the project, noting that it is a major health boost that brings essential services closer to the people. She added that the facility marks a significant milestone in improving healthcare delivery across Kilifi County and the wider Coastal region.
Present during the handing-over ceremony were Principal Secretary for ASALs Hon. Kello Harsama, CDA Acting Managing Director Dr. Mwanasiti Bendera, and CDA Chairman Mzee Mwinyi Mzee and other stakeholders.
