Welcome to Coastal Development Authority’s E-tender portal

Coast Development Authority advertises its tenders on the Authority’s official web site. This portal gives FREE access to public sector tender opportunities made available by the Authority and it provides a single point of access to information on all tenders advertised by the Authority. This includes tenders for goods and services.

Here is how to view and apply for the authority’s tenders:

1. Visit the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) Portal at http://egpkenya.go.ke or the CDA website at www.cda.go.ke to view the advertised tenders.
2. Log in to the e-GP system using your registered account credentials. (Only bidders duly registered on the e-GP system are eligible to participate.)
3. Search for the relevant tender using the tender number or title provided in the advertisement.
4. Access and download the tender documents free of charge from the e-GP portal or CDA website.
5. Carefully review the tender document to confirm your eligibility and understand the submission requirements.
6. Prepare your tender documents in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender document.
7. Upload all required documents and complete the online submission process through the e-GP system before the stated deadline.
8. Ensure your submission is successfully finalized and submitted electronically on the e-GP portal before the closing date and time indicated in the tender notice.

Note: Manual/physical submissions, including sealed envelopes and tender box deposits, are no longer applicable. All tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-GP system.
